Ember Explorers

A Hands-On Learning Experience for Ages 6-10

Give your child the opportunity to learn, explore, and grow in a nurturing and engaging environment. Ember Explorers, a specialized learning cohort within EmberWise Academy, is designed for curious young learners who thrive through hands-on discovery, interactive projects, and collaborative learning.

Led by a certified elementary and special education teacher, our small-group instruction provides personalized attention to support each child's academic growth, social development, and love for learning. Through a blend of structured lessons, enrichment activities, outdoor exploration, and creative projects, students build a strong foundation in core subjects while developing essential skills in problem-solving, collaboration, and independent thinking.

Program Details

• Drop-off program for ages 6-10

• Children should dress for the weather and hands-on projects

• Please pack a lunch and snack

• We meet on average three weeks a month with week off breaks in between

2025/2026 Theme: World Geography

This year, students will embark on an exciting journey around the world, exploring diverse countries, cultures, and landscapes through engaging activities, storytelling, and hands-on projects.

Session Structure

• Morning Circle – Building community and setting the tone for the day

• Core Academic Time – Strengthening foundational skills in reading, writing, and math

• Enrichment Activities – Science, art, music, and problem-solving challenges

• Outdoor Exploration – Hands-on learning and movement-based activities

• Project-Based Learning – Encouraging creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork

Our program is flexible and responsive to the needs of our students, ensuring a balanced and enriching experience that fosters curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.

Tuition

-Full Time (18 instructional days): $1,800 per quarter
-Part Time (9 instructional days): $1,000 per quarter
